  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • In one bowl, whisk the egg.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and whole wheat flour.
  • Dip each broccoli floret into the whisked egg, allowing the excess to drip off.
  • Coat the b< roccoli in the panko/flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
  • Arrange the coated broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the broccoli is golden and crispy.
