2. Poured Matcha Tiramisu Directions

Make Matcha Syrup:
- Mix matcha powder, Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener, and hot water until combined. Let the mixture cool completely. Add dark rum if using.

Make Mascarpone Cream:
- Beat the light heavy whipping cream, Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Add light mascarpone cheese and beat until well combined. Refrigerate.

Assemble Tiramisu:
- Dip light ladyfingers into the cooled matcha syrup and place them in a serving plate. Pipe or spread mascarpone cream on top. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and cream.

Chill:
- Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. << /ul>

Pour Milk Mixture:
- Combine light heavy whipping cream and unsweetened almond milk. Dust with matcha powder. Pour the milk mixture over the tiramisu before serving.
