2. Poured Matcha Tiramisu Directions

  • Make Matcha Syrup:

    • Mix matcha powder, Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener, and hot water until combined. Let the mixture cool completely. Add dark rum if using.
  • Make Mascarpone Cream:

    • Beat the light heavy whipping cream, Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener, matcha powder, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Add light mascarpone cheese and beat until well combined. Refrigerate.
  • Assemble Tiramisu:

    • Dip light ladyfingers into the cooled matcha syrup and place them in a serving plate. Pipe or spread mascarpone cream on top. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and cream.
  • Chill:

    • Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

    • Pour Milk Mixture:

      • Combine light heavy whipping cream and unsweetened almond milk. Dust with matcha powder. Pour the milk mixture over the tiramisu before serving.
