• 4 chicken breasts
• 2 medium zucchini, sliced (2 cups)
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved (2 cups)
• 1 cup< red bell pepper, sliced
• 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
• Cooking spray (instead of 1/4 cup olive oil)
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled (instead of 1/2 cup regular feta)
