2. Cool Whip Cookies Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip topping, cake mix, and egg. Stir until well combined and the mixture forms a dough. If using any optional add-ins, gently fold them into the dough until evenly distributed.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie for spreading.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
