Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Mix the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs (or egg substitute) with the unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in Zucchini, Bacon, and Cheese: Gently fold in the grated zucchini, crumbled turkey bacon, and shredded fat-free cheddar cheese.
