2. 0-Point Everything Bagel Cloud Bread Directions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, placing them into two separate mixing bowls.
- In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the fat-free Greek yogurt and whisk until well combined.
- In the bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Sprinkle the baking powder over the batter and gently fold it in until evenly distributed.
- Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, portion out the cloud bread batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming round mounds. Leave space between each mound as the bread will spread slightly while baking.
- Sprinkle the Everything Bagel seasoning evenly over the tops of the cloud bread mounds.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud bread is golden brown and set.
- Remove from the oven and let the bread cool for a few minutes on the baking< sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve as desired.
