2. WW Chaffle Burger Directions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella, eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lightly grease the waffle maker.
- Spoon a portion of the batter onto the ce< nter of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook until the chaffle is golden brown and firm to the touch. Repeat for the remaining batter.
- Season the ground chicken patties with salt and pepper. Grill or cook them in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Place a chaffle on a plate, add a lettuce leaf, a chicken patty, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with another chaffle to form a burger.
- Serve the chaffle burgers with mustard and sugar-free ketchup on the side.
