2. Weight Watchers Zero Point Souffle Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the two ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the two egg< s and stir until well combined. Optionally, stir in cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Lightly grease a 16 oz. baking dish (ramekin or soufflé cup) with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish, spreading it evenly.
- Microwave on high for 3½ minutes or until the desired firmness is reached.
- Carefully remove the dish from the microwave, allow it to cool for a minute or two before serving.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with Greek yogurt, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of honey.
