2. Protein Ice Cream Directions
- Pour the Premier Protein Shake into a free< zer-safe container and seal tightly. Freeze for 1.5 to 2 hours until solid.
- In a separate freezer-safe container, spread 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce evenly and freeze alongside the protein shake.
- After freezing, remove both from the freezer and allow them to thaw for 15-20 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the thawed Premier Protein Shake, unsweetened applesauce, and 1/4 cup of 2% milk.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed. Adjust consistency by adding more applesauce or reducing the milk.
- Serve the protein ice cream in bowls or cones. Optionally, top with fresh fruit, cinnamon, or low-calorie syrup.
