2. Low-Point Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, vanilla bean paste, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Knead by hand until a dough ball forms.
- Roll out the dough onto a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into 24 pieces (8 pieces from each of the 3 sections).
- P< reheat your Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Place the rolls in the Air Fryer basket and cook for about 12 minutes. You can also bake them in the oven if preferred.
- While the rolls are cooking, prepare the icing by mixing the whipped cream cheese, cinnamon, Splenda, and a few teaspoons of water until you reach a drizzle-able consistency.
- Once the cinnamon rolls are done, drizzle the cream cheese icing over them. You may need to heat the icing slightly to make it easier to drizzle.
