2. Crispy Oven-Baked Cauliflower Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into< the egg whites, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the cauliflower to ensure they stick.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the cauliflower with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through the baking time.
