2. Crispy Oven-Baked Cauliflower Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg whites, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the cauliflower to ensure they stick.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
