  • Cook sliced turkey sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the broth and sauté the onion until translucent, then add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Add zucchini, Brussels sprouts, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until slightly s< oftened, adding more broth if needed to prevent sticking.
