- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray both sides of the low-carb tortillas with olive oil spray and cut them in half.
- Mold each tortilla half into a muffin tin to form cups, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let them cool in the tin.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and chopped onion over medium heat until the turkey is browned and the onion is soft. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess liquid.
