- Salt the Zucchini: Lay the slices on a paper towel, sprinkle lightly with salt, and let them sit for 5-10 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel.
- Season: After drying, season with ground black pepper. Optionally, add additional seasonings like garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (187°C). Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil cooking spray.
- Arrange and Add Cheese: Place the zucchini rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of each slice.
